What is it?

Qi is the attribute that measures the degree of intelligence and evolution of Monkeys. Each monkey has its IQ measured by evolutionary attributes and can be put to work according to its intelligence.

Each estabilishment (workstation) requires a certain IQ, which corresponds to your monkey's atribute.
